Ruthie Fox, LICSW

My name is Ruthie Fox and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I provide both long- and short-term counseling services to individuals of all ages, couples and families. My goal in working with you is to provide a safe/non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing the issues that bother you. Life has a way of bringing us challenges that we are not always prepared for. We will work together to identify your personal goals and strengths as you develop a plan to manage these life issues.

While I embrace a psychodynamic mindset, my practice is based primarily in cognitive behavioral approaches to anxiety and mood disorder management. I use evidenced based modalities to provide you with a science-based tool kit for coping with life's challenges. For couples, I focus largely on bettering communication and developing/regaining emotional intimacy and attachment. I look forward to connecting with you to discuss working together.

Individuals, Adults, Elders, Children (ranging about 6-10yo)

Annie Huddle, LMHC

I specialize in people.  I feel everyone has a story and they need to relate that story as to how it has helped or hurt them.  I want to hear your story and how that situation has influenced your life. Sometimes looking at your story from a different viewpoint will change your life.

My therapeutic approach depends on the problem being addressed.  Some of the approaches I use include CBT, DBT, Somatic interventions, narrative therapy, and holistic therapy.  I can’t say one approach is better than another, only that different methodologies work for different people, and it is my goal to provide the one that works for you. I also support a good sense of humor as a strong therapeutic tool so don’t be afraid to laugh, it is one of the healthiest therapies!
